Administrative Coordinator - Real Estate Agency (Full-Time)
We're looking for a highly organized, reliable, and motivated person to join our real estate agency in a full-time administrative role.
It’s a key support role that keeps our agency running smoothly - ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys structure, and communicates well with clients and colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
* Manage schedules, appointments, and property visits
* Communicate with clients by phone and email
* Draft and organize documents and listings
* Keep track of rental inquiries and application files
* Support the agency team in daily operations
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable with basic digital tools (email, Excel, etc.)
* Reliable, autonomous, and good under pressure
* Experience in real estate is not required
