We're Hiring: Cost Management Director (m/f/d) Location: Frankfurt - Germany | Sector: Construction & Infrastructure Full-time | Senior Leadership Role | Global Consultancy Client We’re working on behalf of a world-renowned professional services firm to find an exceptional Cost Management Director to lead complex construction projects across Germany. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll drive commercial success, lead cost management teams, and shape the delivery of major programmes in real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead pre- and post-contract cost management on large-scale projects Manage procurement, tendering, and contract documentation Deliver monthly cost reports and final account settlements Drive value engineering and change control processes Build strong client relationships and lead stakeholder engagement Mentor teams and identify opportunities for business growth What We’re Looking For: 10 years’ experience in cost management, ideally on complex construction projects Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management Strong technical knowledge across MEP, civils, and architectural systems Fluent English required; German language skills preferred Experience in the German construction industry is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Why This Role?
