Planung und Durchführung • Lieferantenauditierung • Betreuung von Kundenaudits • Weiterentwicklung des QS-Systems • Weiterentwicklung der QM-Systeme (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, BRC / IOP) • Anstoßen qualitätsrelevanter Verbesserungen von Produkten und Prozessen/Reduzierung der Reklamationen und internen Sperrungen • Reklamationsbearbeitung • Schulungsplanung und -durchführung zur Qualitätsverbesserung • Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit • Prüfung und Freigabe von kundenrelevanten Dokumenten/Verträgen • Erstellung der Deklarationen of Conformity für die Geschäftsbereiche (z.B.
