Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure optimal inventory levels, taking product lifecycle times into account, and guarantee product availability for the European market of Milwaukee products.
* Work in close alignment with the Demand Planning Team and act as a logistical interface between the European sales organizations and the Customer Service Team.
* Monitor delivery schedules, manage excess stock, and drive the expediting process in the event of inventory shortages.
* Introduce new products, manage associated ramp-up and phase-out planning, and execute demand planning for orders placed with external suppliers.
* Plan and track market promotions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Completed commercial vocational training and/or a relevant degree with professional experience in materials management/supply planning.
* Proficient in working with MRP systems and SAP (focus on procurement, materials logistics, and distribution).
* A very good command of English.
