Manpower is currently looking for one of its client, a prestigious banking group, a Support Officer – Corporate Financing Operations.
Your mission:

Manage incoming physical documentation: scanning, sending, tracking of originals.
*
Monitor the team mailbox and allocate incoming requests.
*
Input and update collateral information in internal systems.
*
Perform basic analysis and handle anomalies related to real estate collaterals (CPE, periodic valuations).
*
Analyze and treat data quality issues identified through dashboards.
*
Formalize and follow up on operational controls.
*
Produce key performance indicators (KPIs) for support activities.
You will also take part in transversal projects, such as:
*
Documenting and optimizing reporting or operational processes (commissions, portfolio data) using Excel or automation tools, and ensuring data accuracy before sharing with stakeholders.
*
Supporting the manager in preparing and analyzing internal reports and KPIs.
*
Participating in testing and impact analysis of new data sources or system interfaces related to collateral management.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Risk, Controls, Middle Office or Back Office functions within the financial sector.
*
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
*
Strong analytical and data management skills.
*
Understanding of corporate financing processes is a plus.
*
Fluency in English and French (oral and written).
*
German would be an asset.
