About this role:
As a Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and effective use of staff resources.
This role carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact, serving as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other employees.
* Day-to-day oversight of processing quality and timeliness.
* Ensure tasks are processed as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* Collaborate with the team and group projects area on allocated projects.
* Audit processes and controls to improve output where necessary.
* Complete monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) timely and accurately.
* Provide input to the Team Leader and contribute in weekly team meetings if required.
* Evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations with internal departments.
* Manage environment-related projects and ensure smooth implementation.
* Foster an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
* Produce daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting.
* Resolve asset manager queries.
* Act as a source of technical expertise for the efficient day-to-day running of the group.
