🚧 Site Manager – Converter Station Project (HVDC Infrastructure)
📍 Wilhelmshaven, Germany (site-based, Mon–Fri)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a major converter station project in Wilhelmshaven during a critical phase of construction (approx. 50–60% complete).
This is a leadership-focused site role, acting as the key interface between the project management team and principal contractor, ensuring safe, structured, and contract-compliant delivery across all site activities.
🔧 Key responsibilities:
* Site HSE leadership, reporting and compliance
* Programme tracking, updates and progress reporting
* Management of RFIs, TQs and non-conformances
* Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (AC/DC, MEP, civil and engineering specialists)
* Acting as the on-site interface between client PM team and Siemens
* Driving contractual and programme adherence, escalating issues where required
👤 Candidate profile:
* Strong site / construction management background on large infrastructure projects
* Confident communicator with a structured, fact-driven approach
* Comfortable operating in a challenging contractual environment
* Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple disciplines
* HVDC / M&E experience beneficial (not essential)
* No HV certification required
