TASKS
The team of the A320 fleet consists of active pilots as well as "non-flying" employees in the administrative area. First and foremost, the fleet management would like to be available as a constant and competent contact for its flight crews.
Your tasks:
Supporting the fleet management in the performance of flight operations tasks
Assistance in advising and supporting the fleet's pilots in coordination with the fleet management
Assisting with the creation and maintenance of internal and cross-fleet processes
Supporting quality monitoring by means of flight reports, actively proposing solutions where necessary
Assisting with the organization of special and press flights
Support with administrative tasks in the area of A320 training and secretarial services
Assisting with the creation, maintenance and updating of reports, statistics and presentations
Support in the implementation of cross-sectional tasks

Within fleet management, new approaches are evaluated, special flights are carried out, new flight procedures are introduced and monitored, and the quality of ground handling at the airports served is monitored.

REQUIREMENTS
You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, cost and benefit awareness, strategic understanding
Friendly and courteous demeanor
Ability to work in a team and reliability
