Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 8 years of post-graduate working experience.
* Excellent knowledge of analysis and modelling tools, architectural design patterns, and solution architecture design.
* Familiarity with software development projects and previous experience in translating complex business processes into case management and workflow solutions.
* Hands-on experience in technologies such as IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Business Process Modelling, IBM Business Automation Workflow, I2 Enterprise Insight Analysis, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.).
* Knowledge of DevOps processes and critical aspects in continuous integration and delivery processes.
* Strong writing skills for drafting technical analyses.
