Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the company’s regulatory strategy and a team of Regulatory Affairs experts.
* Design and implement regulatory strategies, especially for current and future grid tariffs, regulatory frameworks, and national and European energy‑law reform projects; analyze impacts on investment and financial metrics.
* Proactively monitor legal and regulatory changes to support rapid implementation of the energy transition.
* Build and maintain an effective network with the Federal Network Agency, legislators, associations, and political bodies.
* Steer internal business areas regarding regulatory requirements and compliance, optimizing internal interfaces.
Qualifications
* Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder Jurastudium.
* Langjährige Erfahrung in der Energiebranche, mit Batteriespeichern und/oder Rechenzentren.
* Tiefes Verständnis relevanter Regelwerke der Energie‑Regulierung (EnWG, etc.).
* Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, Talent‑entwicklung und strategischem Weitblick.
* Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Stakeholder‑Management, Verhandlungsgeschick.
* Strategisches Denken, proaktive Handlungsfähigkeit, Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau.
