Who we are
Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
Your role and key responsibilities
* Assist in organizing and coordinating sample tracking for electrode benchmarking activities.
* Support with preparing and maintaining documentation, forms, and overviews related to test requests and sample status.
* Create and refine Excel sheets and PowerPoint presentations for project steering and reporting.
* Help ensure smooth communication between laboratory, testing, and simulation teams.
* Contribute to structured planning and follow‑up of test orders and related administrative steps.
What you bring to the team
* Ongoing university studies in engineering, chemistry, physics, data science, or a comparable field.
* Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured way of working.
* Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international team.
* Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
What makes you stand out
* Experience with structured documentation or lab/test processes.
* Interest in data analysis or scripting (e.g., Python) — while this may not form the core of your tasks, it can be an asset.
* High level of initiative and enjoyment of coordination tasks in a technical setting.
* High motivation to learn about battery development, testing workflows, and performance benchmarking.
