Our client, a leading company in the real estate and energy services sector with a strong commitment to sustainability and decarbonisation, is looking for a strategy professional for their Leipzig office for Chief of Staff/ Project Manager role.
This role combines strategic project leadership with high-level departmental support. You will drive key customer excellence initiatives while acting as the primary strategic partner to the Head of Customer Service, ensuring the success of the recently transformed department.
Your Responsibilities:
* Customer Excellence Project Management: You will lead strategic projects from conception to implementation, focusing on initiatives that increase customer satisfaction, service quality, and productivity.
* Strategic Chief of Staff Duties: You will provide direct, high-level support to the Head of Customer Service. You will facilitate close coordination across all operational, cross-functional, and central units, and play a central role in the strategic planning and continuous development of the department.
* Post-Transformation Leadership: Your core mission is to embed, refine, and optimise the new operating model. You will ensure the transformation's gains are solidified and evolved to meet future challenges.
Your Profile:
* A completed university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in a leading management consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big Four strategy arm, or equivalent tier).
* A background in management consulting, operational excellence, or project management, with hands-on experience in customer service strategy and process optimisation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong track record in project management, process optimisation, and strategic development.
* Fluent German and English language skills are required.
