Are you ready to take on a key role in driving strategic project management and financial excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager Global Store Design Execution & Engineering (m/f/d) to lead with impact. With a strong focus on budget and cost control, this role is designed to drive impactful results. If needed, the position offers the flexibility to be split into two specialized part-time roles (e.g., 50/50) based on thematic focus. The postion is limited to 1.5 years.
What you can expect:
Focus: Budget and Cost Control
* Responsibility for financial tasks, including cost center controlling, depreciation reports, and accurate inventory valuation.
* Development and optimization of market budget tools for the Visual Merchandise Products (VMP, e.g. mannequins, hangers, displays) and Visual Display Campaigns (VDC, seasonal window displays) product groups.
* Cost tracking and analysis in close collaboration with BP&A and local finance teams.
* Digitalization and optimization of existing tools and data sources to enhance efficiency.
* Guidance and support for project managers in operational tasks related to project costs.
Strategic Project Management and Process Optimization VMP
* Functional leadership and optimization of processes for the VMP product group and other brand architecture-related products.
* Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including process improvements and demand forecasting.
* Strategic decision-making for new developments and management of supplier setups.
* Functional leadership and support for project managers in operational tasks.
Your profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
* Expertise and passion for financial and analytical topics, as well as overarching economic contexts.
* Strong ability to independently handle new and uncertain situations.
* Capability to present ideas and concepts convincingly in an interdisciplinary environment.
* Affinity for numbers, processes, and digital tools.
* Experience in an international work environment and a strong sense of interpersonal interactions.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and advanced SAP skills.
* Fluent English; German skills are an advantage.
