Your Profile
* Education & Experience: A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, enabling the translation of technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop negotiation strategies and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication & Interpersonal Competence: Proficient in English (German skills are a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willing to travel internationally as required.
