Your Job Description:
The goal of this position is to increase ifm’s visibility in the market segment Food & Agribusiness and strengthen its market presence through :
* Responsible for developing the Global industry strategy and ensuring global alignment
* Leading global industry teams and cooperating with regional sales business units
* Managing and coordinating with global key accounts
* Strengthen focus on strategic customer engagement
* Managing business opportunities
* Responsible for short-term and long-term industry trends and market development
* Definition and alignment of marketing approaches and global messaging
* Collaboration with Product Management and Corporate Marketing
* Representation of the company in industry associations and exhibitions
* International travel, customer visits, and participation in global meetings
Your Profile:
* A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
* You have a solid understanding of the core technologies in the market to help identify customer benefits
* Your intercultural competence helps you deliver solutions within the company for the benefit of customers worldwide
* Taking initiative is part of your daily routine, and you are able to make a positive contribution to the industry’s international growth
* Strong teamwork is second nature to you
* You are willing to travel internationally for business
* Your business-fluent English and excellent presentation skills round out your profile
