In this role, you'll directly impact Peec AI's trajectory from €1.4M to €5M ARR through building features that help brands optimize their AI search visibility. Your mission

As Senior Full Stack Engineer at Peec AI, your mission is to build and ship features that directly impact company growth through the complete TypeScript/React/GCP stack. You'll be responsible for turning AI model outputs into user-facing analytics features, working alongside a CTO who has
led large engineering teams through $200M+ funding rounds
and scaling challenges.

Success in this role means shipping high-quality features at exceptional velocity while learning from founders whose
speed of execution is regarded as unmatched
in one of Europe's top accelerator programs. You'll own projects end-to-end in a company positioned to follow competitor Profound's path (recently raised $50M Series B from Sequoia at $400M valuation).

What makes you a fit

You bring:

* 3+ years of production TypeScript experience with proven ability to ship full-stack features independently
* Strong React expertise with modern hooks, component architecture, and state management
* Cloud deployment experience (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) with understanding of serverless architectures
* Track record of working in fast-paced environments where shipping velocity and code quality both matter
* Willingness to relocate to Berlin and embrace a high-intensity work culture that accelerates professional growth

What you'll do

Daily, you'll:

* Build and deploy full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and GCP that directly impact user engagement and business metrics
* Collaborate with the data science team to transform AI model outputs into intuitive user interfaces
* Ship code multiple times per day in a fast-moving environment where your contributions are immediately visible

Weekly, you'll:

* Work directly with founders to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business impact
* Participate in technical discussions about architecture and system design with experienced engineering leadership
* Take ownership of complete features from initial concept through deployment and monitoring

As you grow in the role:

* Lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers as the team scales from 16 to 25+ people
* Influence product direction based on your technical insights and understanding of user needs
* Build the technical foundation for Peec AI's path toward Series A and beyond

What you can expect in your first year

Within 1 Month:

* Ship your first feature to production and see its impact on user engagement metrics
* Get hands-on with Peec AI's AI integration architecture and understand how data flows from models to user interfaces
* Work directly with founders and establish yourself as a reliable contributor to the engineering team

Within 3 Months:

* Own complete feature development cycles and contribute to technical architecture decisions
* Build relationships with the data science team and become proficient at turning complex AI outputs into simple user experiences
* Establish yourself as someone who can ship high-quality code at the velocity Peec AI requires

Within 6 Months:

* Lead technical projects and mentor newer engineering team members
* Contribute to product strategy discussions based on your technical insights and user feedback

Beyond Year One:

* Take on senior engineering leadership responsibilities as Peec AI scales toward Series A
