Within our People Services team in Dahlewitz (near Berlin), we are looking for a motivated Process Lead (f/m/d) to drive process excellence, ensure seamless employee services, and support continuous improvement across HR operations.
This role acts as a key point of contact for HR processes, contributing to operational efficiency and creating a positive employee experience within an international and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a point of contact for HR processes within People Services.
* Contribute to the development of new techniques and continuous improvement of workflows.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and timeliness.
* Build and maintain process flows and procedural documentation to support operational performance.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to implement and roll out new procedures and processes.
* Engage with stakeholders across functions to ensure a positive employee and customer experience.
* Support the evaluation and resolution of complex HR requests in ServiceNow.
* Train and coach team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
* Collaborate with other Rolls-Royce entities and locations to harmonize HR processes.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
* Solid knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and HR best practices.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable tools) and MS Office Suite.
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
