Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain deep customer relationships, ensuring seamless customer experience and acting as the internal advocate for BASF across Schneider Electric.
* Gain access with the customer at different levels, identifying new business opportunities and enabling sales teams to successfully execute those strategies/initiatives.
* Orchestrate a team of regional/local account managers and sales specialists, defining and implementing a clear account strategy that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider Electric aligned to customer desired outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Industry & Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of global end-user industries, especially in the chemical sector and new energy markets, with strong knowledge of industrial automation, power distribution systems, and IT/OT digital simulation.
* Business Development & Project Leadership: Proven track record in global business development, integrated value proposition creation, and project management, with a focus on energy transition and sustainability.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple entities and geographies, fostering collaboration without direct reporting lines.
