Within the Global Client Care ecosystem, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Client Care Services within the following regions: EMEA, Asia and Brazil. As
Global Client Care Coordinator (m/f/d)
, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, operational, and support tasks, ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.
This is a full-time position, based in our headquarters in Cologne (DE) and reporting to our Client Care Operation Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative & Setup
* Manage and maintain master data for spare parts
* Set up new products and services in relevant systems
* Coordinate repair profile modifications, store opening and closing procedures within the system
* Grant and manage access to Power BI dashboards
Operational Execution
* Perform daily credit note validation and monthly invoice compensation to regional entities.
* Oversee and manage RMS (Repair Management System) translations.
Process & Support
* Prepare product launch: identify what is repairable, work on repair instructions, coordinate with supply chain spare parts needs and update system accordingly
* Process and implement warranty changes.
* Provide comprehensive backend support to regional teams.
* Offer ongoing support to franchises and external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and changes.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, retail or Customer Services
* Proven ability to develop effective business relationships and work cross-functionally
* Ability to take ownership and work independently
* Client-oriented mindset paired with commitment to providing excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Ease with data analysis and proficient with MS Excel
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Fluent English skills, German skills (B1) are beneficial
