The Professional Services Strategy & Operations team focuses on enterprise customers, delivering implementation consultants and engineers while providing strategic and operational support across planning, analytics, and insights. Team & Organization The team spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, working directly with Professional Services and technical resources that manage tools, data, analytics, and operational activities. As a member of this global team you will collaborate with senior leadership and other sales teams to analyze performance metrics and drive key strategic initiatives that increase productivity and accelerate Stripe’s growth. Responsibilities Partner with ProServ leadership and regional teams to support delivery and sales, monitoring business metrics and creating key intelligence. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, Strategic Operations) to streamline processes and deliver planning deliverables such as Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Standardize global and regional processes to support scalable operations. Build end‑to‑end dashboards that deep‑dive into performance metrics and reveal business insights. Structure analysis and problem‑solve complex sales‑operations challenges using data, analytics, and insight. Identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership. Participate in projects defining go‑to‑market approaches and in regular business and resource planning. Run analyses on key metrics to provide insights for business management. Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, coordinating with internal systems teams. Prepare weekly forecast materials for senior leaders and provide updates on growth metrics. Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder relationships. Minimum Requirements 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high‑tech growth environment, or equivalent experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles. Advanced proficiency in SQL and data‑visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Executive presence and ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. Experience with large data sets to identify trends and create actionable insights for senior leaders. Knowledge of professional services operations (resource management, capacity planning, time capture, billing/invoicing, engagement lifecycle). Familiarity with financial modeling for services (project P&L, utilization, revenue recognition). Enthusiastic, hands‑on “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mentality. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the payments industry. Experience with Certinia. In‑office Expectations Most roles require at least 50% of the month spent in a local office. Expectations may vary by location and role; they will be discussed with the hiring manager. Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €97,900 – €146,900. The range may change for other locations and track levels.
