Senior Legal Counsel – Major Infrastructure & International Energy Projects
Germany (Hybrid – with remote flexibility).

The Role: You will provide strategic legal support from tender to execution on high-value EPC/EPCI projects, working closely with sales, project management, and technical teams.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex EPC/EPCI contracts and associated commercial agreements
* Advise on legal strategy for tenders and support bid teams on national and international projects
* Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors in Germany and abroad
* Provide pragmatic legal solutions to challenges during project delivery, including disputes and claims
* Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual and legal risk management
* Reporting directly to the regional Head of Legal, you’ll enjoy a hybrid working model and international exposure.
The Person: Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Exam or equivalent)
* 5+ years’ experience advising on infrastructure/EPC contracts – in-house or top-tier private practice
* Strong knowledge of German commercial and construction law; FIDIC expertise essential (NEC 3/4 a plus)
* Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Fluent in German and English
