Our client, a company specialised in fund management, is looking for a Personal assistant who speaks spanish as the first language or fluently. This is a permanent position. This position is to provide administrative support to the family of a spanish director who has recently settled in Luxembourg.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
* Administrative management (filing, archiving, invoices, quotes, etc.).
* Management of the agenda and family appointments.
* Handling incoming emails and responses.
* Liaison with partners (lawyers, property managers, administration, schools, etc.).
* Representing the employer with certain partners/clients/service providers.
* Organising trips and conducting online research.
* Booking flights, trains, hotels, restaurants, etc.
* Concierge services.
* Managing unforeseen situations.
* Daily reporting.
Candidate profile :
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar professional setting.
* Discretion and adaptability.
* Autonomous, dynamic, and trustworthy individual.
* Flexibility and availability at work.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
* Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in French is an asset.
* Driving licence is a plus.
