As part of our commitment to AI growth, we are bringing in a dedicated AI Sales Director to spearhead our go-to-market efforts, build and grow a strong pipeline, and drive business development across the European market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe.Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engagement to negotiation and deal closure.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth in AI opportunities.Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI solutions.Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, industry challenges, and customer needs.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical specialists and marketing, to tailor AI solutions to customer requirements.Stay ahead of AI industry advancements and ensure DXC remains at the forefront of AI-driven business solutions.Represent DXC at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3+ years focused on AI solutions sales.Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and closing complex sales deals.Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to articulate value to enterprise clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation solutions sales.Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are an advantage.If you are passionate about AI and have a strong background in sales and business development, we invite you to join us and lead our AI sales expansion across Europe. #J-18808-Ljbffr
