Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with our overseas sales & service teams. You will own end-to-end HR delivery for a dedicated region, with deep localization hiring, team management, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the trusted HR business partner for overseas regional teams (German, South America / Europe).
2. Drive localization recruitment for sales, technical, channel, and leadership roles.
3. Implement and optimize regional performance management, compensation structure, salary bands, and allowance policies.
4. Handle local labor compliance, employee relations, retention, and cross-cultural team management.
5. Support regional organization development, team building, and talent pipeline construction.
6. Collaborate with global vendors and local teams to ensure stable and efficient HR operations.
1. Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years solid HRBP / regional HR management experience.
2. Proven track record in actual regional HR management for overseas markets (Europe, South America, Europe, etc).
3. Deep understanding of local culture, employment practices, and team dynamics in your focused region.
4. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent mapping, compensation structure, and ER.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese/French is a strong plus.
7. Candidates with overseas on-site working / resident experience will be highly prioritized.
