Payroll and Administration Specialist
For our Client a well established Company we are looking for an experienced Payroll and Administration Specialist in Rastatt
Job responsibilities:
* Timely preparation of payroll accounting for employees in Germany and abroad with the help of payroll service provider.
* Timely fulfilment of all reporting obligations.
* Providing account-relevant data of monthly payroll for Finance department.
* Setting up and maintaining the employee database.
* Administration of new employees and registration of arrivals and departures in the payroll and operating systems.
* Administration of personnel files in digital and paper form.
* Contact person for health insurance companies, social security institutions and professional associations.
* Monitoring compliance with statutory and collective agreement deadlines and rules.
* Identifying opportunities for automation of payroll accounting processes.
* Preparing documents for employees.
* Preparing evaluations for the finance and HR department
* Supporting financial accounting with questions regarding remuneration payments.
* Assisting employees with questions regarding payroll accounting.
* General administrative HR tasks.
Profile of the person:
* Education in the field of human resources or several years of work experience.
* Knowledge of payroll/salary accounting and all processes around HR administration. Experience in a similar function.
* Experience in payroll/salary accounting and managing HR administration processes.
* Experience in an international operating company is required.
* German fluent.
* Advanced English skills required.
