3. They maintain employee master data, keep personnel files and manage working hours and absences.
4. They create and edit employment-related documents such as contracts, amendments, certificates and attestations.

9. You have several years of professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in a medium-sized company environment.

11. You are proficient in using MS Office – especially Word and Excel – as part of your daily routine.
12. They work in a structured, independent and reliable manner with high quality standards.
