Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace: You are experienced in standard functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and are capable of processing and visualizing complex data structures Analytical Mindset: You enjoy interpreting numbers, identifying correlations, and drawing logical conclusions Initial Experience in Data Analysis or Reporting: Ideally, you have already gained some experience in data preparation and analysis, for example through internships or working student positions Structured and Diligent Work Ethic: You work precisely and reliably, even when handling large volumes of data Strong Communication Skills: You can prepare and present complex information in an understandable manner Team Player: You are an open and engaged team player who enjoys collaborating with colleague Introduction text Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. Your tasks HR Analytics & Evaluation: You support the creation and execution of ad-hoc analyses as well as regular evaluations of various HR topics (e.g., personnel development, recruiting, turnover, employee satisfaction) Data Analysis: You identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within our HR data, deriving initial insights and recommendations for action Regular Reporting: You are responsible for preparing and visualizing HR key performance indicators (KPIs) in clear, impactful reports for various stakeholders Data Quality Assurance: You help ensure the quality and consistency of our HR data and contribute to the ongoing development of our database Project Support: You assist in the implementation of new tools and processes within the field of HR reporting and analytics
