Job Description
1. Planning and organising consumer tests
2. Conducting and monitoring/ supervising consumer tests
3. Preparing products in accordance with standardized specifications and guidelines
4. Planning the deployment of external assistants for test implementation
5. Recruiting and training new assistants
6. Checking the hygiene status of the premises
7. Maintaining office equipment and test premises
8. Procuring materials, product purchase and reception
9. Data entry and data verification
10. Various administrative tasks, e.g. regularly checking material stocks, maintaining inventory lists, booking travel
11. Preparing internal meetings and customer visits
Qualifications
12. Excellent communication skills in both German and English language
13. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
14. Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
15. Agile mindset and problem-solving attitude
16. Confident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
17. Committed, team-orientated and resilient
