As part of its development, the firm is seeking a

fund registration officer
Your Mission
Working directly with the Partners and legal teams, you will play a key role in the

legal and administrative lifecycle

of alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, SLPs).
Your responsibilities:
Act as the

direct point of contact for clients and investors , supporting them through the documentation and onboarding processes.
Manage

fund registration procedures with the CSSF .
Lead the

onboarding process via digital platforms , ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
Request and monitor essential compliance and administrative documents, including

AML/KYC files and LuxTrust

setups.
Monitor

subscriptions and investments .
Interact with

authorities, lawyers, and partners

(banks, AIFMs, etc.).


Your Profile
2 to 5 years of experience

in fund registration role.
Proficiency in

CSSF procedures
Previous experience in a

PSF, AIFM, or fiduciary

active in Private Equity / Real Estate.
Rigorous, autonomous, team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
Professional French and English

required.
