Job Description The Contract Manager Services (m|f|d) serves as the primary point of contact for all contract management-related queries within the Service department. You are responsible for designing and implementing contracts from individual agreements to comprehensive contractual frameworks and service packages, coordinating with customers. You integrate these contracts into the company's broader business relationships in close collaboration with the service management, marketing, and legal departments. Meeting customer requirements is ensured by working closely with both customers and the sales team. Tailoring service contracts to specific needs fosters strong, customer-oriented collaborations, especially with key accounts. Reviewing service terms and conditions and identifying potential risks in cooperation with the Legal team is an essential part of the role.
