Responsibilities
As a Director of Product Management (all genders) for TeamViewer AI, you’ll actively drive the company’s AI-driven future. TeamViewer AI focuses on forefront AI solutions for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), Remote Connectivity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You’ll direct and build a motivated team of Product Managers and Owners, driving a core strategic pillar across the organization. Your role spans the full product lifecycle from market analysis and strategy to execution and go-to-market as well as deeply immersing you into the commercial processes. You’ll direct backlog execution, testing, make release decisions, and work directly with strategic customers on requirements and roll-outs. You will regularly report to the Senior Leadership Team of Teamviewer about the latest developments in AI and make recommendations on investment strategy
1. Create and own the product strategy for AI at TeamViewer. Build and execute a long term roadmap and drive the creation of business cases.
2. Align a marketing and commercial strategy for AI.
3. Formulate and communicate the product requirements for TeamViewer AI, direct the product backlog, create ideas for new features and use-cases based on in-depth discovery work with strategic customers.
4. Work out a data driven approach on measuring and adapting the product strategy.
5. Specify the Use-Cases and Requirements, support the delivery and launches, and continuously observe the success of the Product and translate your insights into improvements.
6. Work across the organization with stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solution Delivery and Business Development.
7. Translate industry AI trends into Endpoint Management needs to deliver context-aware recommendations and insights for IT admins and end users.
8. Automate End-Point Management and DEX: Apply generative AI to record sessions, generate recommendations and automations, and continuously update a self-help knowledge base and drive faster issue resolution to boost employee experience.
Requirements
9. University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field.
10. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill. Out-of-the-box thinker.
11. Proven Track record of leading strategic product initiatives in the AI space. Strong leadership experience of leading multi-skilled teams.
12. Experience with user experience design and end user application of AI
13. Expert level in product and project management.
14. Ability to work in a senior leadership team.
15. Good Understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and DEX solutions.
16. Deep Knowledge of current AI, LLM and Machine Learning technology
17. Customer centricity, experience in directly working with customers and partners in the software development cycle.
18. Very good understanding of data management concepts and lifecycle (data ingestion, governance, enrichment, value creation).
19. Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and analytics, with the ability to translate between data-driven opportunities and product requirements.
20. Having worked with agile software development methodologies.
21. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
22. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
