RemoFirst is growing in 2025 and beyond and is seeking an up-and-coming or established Senior Account Executive to help spearhead growing projects. Responsibilities Drive new business with outbound activity; while SDR, partnership, and marketing-generated leads exist, you will be expected to drive outbound activity Target thoughtfully and position the benefits of RemoFirst; engage with the SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile Present a demo and take a consultative approach to illustrate the benefits of RemoFirst for the prospect Close accounts at a high velocity Track and report progress using the company CRM Be a team player and provide feedback on ways to improve the sales process and sales tech stack What you’ll need 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role Experience selling HR or FinTech software; EOR experience is a strong plus Consultative selling experience Proven track record of quota attainment, handling complex deals, and overachieving KPIs Experience working in a fully remote environment How you’ll work Excellent English is a must Clear communication and strategic thinking to collaborate with people worldwide Time management and the ability to structure work to maintain work-life balance Collaboration and valuing diverse perspectives to get the job done Independence and initiative; know when to seek help or confirm solutions Empathy and strong people skills to connect with multiple audiences Motivation and passion for the mission; a hunter mentality with a drive to win Why work at RemoFirst?
