We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across key market segments including professional landscapers, sports fields, educational institutions, golf, resorts, and large-scale commercial lawn operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client segment.Key Responsibilities:Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned verticals (landscapers, schools, sports fields, golf, resorts, commercial properties).Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing agents, and field managers.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with company goals.Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, including turf equipment, irrigation systems, and landscape technology.Partner Engagement: Collaborate with dealers, distributors, and service partners to ensure high-quality customer support and satisfaction.Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends; report regularly to leadership.Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer demos.Training & Education: Provide product training and technical support to clients and partners.Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in landscaping, turf management, or outdoor equipment.Strong understanding of commercial lawn care operations and challenges.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and attend events.Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a passion for customer success.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agronomy, Turf Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 yrs experience selling battery or outdoor robotics #J-18808-Ljbffr
