You’ll architect solutions that enable seamless integration across PLM and manufacturing applications, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders in Germany and globally, contributing to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement. 7. Architect and optimize business processes to support model-based engineering across PLM and manufacturing systems
8. Design workflows that leverage applications like CREO, Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring robust data and process integration.
9. Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
10. Align business capabilities with IT strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.
11. Provide architectural guidance for system interoperability and lifecycle management.
12. Support change management and stakeholder engagement across engineering and IT domains.
What You Bring
13. University degree in information technology, business administration, engineering or a related field.
14. Longlasting experience in business analysis or solution architect roles along with strong understanding of enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and systems integration.
15. Knowledge of end-to-end PLM processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Service) and data flow from PLM (TC) to ERP, including Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
16. Experience with CREO (CAD), Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP (Manufacturing); working knowledge of CAM, CAE, and CAQ environments is a plus.
17. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to translate engineering needs into IT solutions and workflows.
