To provide efficient and effective inside sales support to the DACH sales team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
To source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
To route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM’s for further development and closure
To close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
To perform effective, presentations & online demonstrations to prospects
To provide general ad-hoc support to BDM’s
You act as the link between customers and sales, technical experts, and our internal interfaces, ensuring a positive customer purchasing process.
You enjoy expanding, maintaining, and nurturing customer relationships – both with existing customers and through new customer acquisition via phone, email, video conferences, etc
You use sales tools such as Salesforce.A proven track record of over achieving quote in a similar inside sales role
~ Experience working with Salesforce.Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
~ PC Literate – Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include Excel & PowerPoint
~ Experience in technical sales and customer support is nice to have
~ Knowledge in sales management combined with a good understanding of business, procurement, and technology markets is desirable but not required
~ Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
