Your mission
As our France & BENELUX B2B & B2C Growth Manager, you’ll step into a role with purpose, growth, and real impact. You’ll join our Internationalization Team, where your work will shape Carly’s presence in France and directly influence Carly’s mission to empower car owners worldwide. Your contributions across both B2B and B2C domains will be highly trusted and celebrated — all in an environment that values authenticity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Your responsibilities
1. Own and execute local B2B lead generation and inbound lead qualification to drive consistent pipeline growth
2. Cultivate partnerships and support the execution of strategic acquisition pilots in collaboration with the central team
3. Lead and scale influencer marketing campaigns for the B2C French & BENELUX market, focusing on diverse channels and impact measurement
4. Manage public relations efforts by securing media coverage, coordinating press outreach, and organizing a high-impact annual event
5. Plan and oversee the execution of French & BENELUX TV campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals and pacing strategies
6. Drive and optimize B2C growth initiatives including promotions, partnerships, and local experiments with a strong focus on revenue and ROI
7. Contribute to localized sales and marketing material development, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance across B2B and B2C efforts
Your profile
8. 5+ years in Growth, Marketing, or Sales roles within the French and BENELUX market
9. Experience in both B2B and B2C business models
10. Strong project management and execution skills
11. Native-level in French and fluent English (C1) communication
12. Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
13. Background in automotive, tech, or consumer apps
14. Experience with influencer marketing and TV media buying
15. Familiarity with CRM systems and performance analytics
