Collaborate with marketing and product teams to articulate and promote differentiators in the German market. Cross-Selling & Portfolio Growth Identify cross-selling opportunities across business units (e.g., materials, waste management, digital platforms). Act as a central coordinator for multi-disciplinary solution offerings, driving integrated sustainability value. Sustainability & Innovation Strategy Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for sustainable packaging and infrastructure offerings. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and sustainability legislation to identify innovation opportunities. Regulatory and Technical Alignment Ensure all solutions are compliant with relevant German and EU regulations (e.g., VerpackG, PPWR, CSRD). Coordinate with technical experts to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions. Reporting & Internal Communication Provide regular updates on business pipeline, deal progression, and client feedback. Support internal alignment on client priorities, sustainability KPIs, and commercial objectives.
