As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to both headquarters and operational units, working on a wide range of commercial and strategic topics in a dynamic, decentralised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise head office and operational units on commercial and corporate law, contract law, antitrust and competition law, IT law and data protection, environmental and energy law, and compliance.
* Provide legal support for day-to-day operations, projects, and complex contract negotiations.
* Support transactions and projects related to digitisation, procurement, sales, plant, land, and share acquisitions, as well as restructuring measures.
* Coordinate and manage external law firms on specialised legal matters.
Your Profile:
* Completed legal training with at least one distinction.
* Junior professional or lawyer with up to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
* Independent, structured, and creative working style.
* Very good communication and negotiation skills.
