I am working with a manufacturer in Germany that is looking to expand their team within the Fruit & Vegetabl e division.
Responsibilities:
Manage innovation projects from inception to commercialization.
Create sustainable roadmaps to drive business and revenue growth aligned with customer values and needs.
Develop and implement strategic business plans for product portfolio and growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor a global team of product managers.
Cultivate strong relationships with the product organization and internal stakeholders worldwide.
Collaborate with Sales for customer visits and presentations; represent the company publicly.
Communicate portfolio updates across various media and ensure effective product displays.
Conduct in-house training sessions to boost product knowledge and positioning.
Ideal Profile:
Capable of managing change and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the food and beverage sector (B2B preferred).
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus.
Understanding of the Fruit & Vegetable market
Skilled in managing and developing teams within a matrix organization.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation abilities, determination, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
Open to occasional international travel.
