We are currently looking for the Head of Marketing, Defence Digital and Cyber within the Connected Intelligence teams of Airbus Defence & Space.
The Head of Marketing, Defence Digital and Cyber has a full responsibility of the Marketing scope: Price, Product, Promotion and Place in Defence Digital and Cyber in a highly complex business environment, with wide portfolio and global remit.
Responsibilities
* Ensures the customer voice and reach in Defence markets in a global environment, especially focusing on the home countries in Europe.
* Has full responsibility of the promotion of the digital Defence portfolio and transversal offering in a global environment and driving the future offering and outreach along with the industry transformation and digitalization relating to the digitalization of Defence and the Multi-domain combat cloud.
* Actively participates and coordinates Defence related cross-PL/Division Marketing initiatives and activities joint interfaces with the Space Systems and Military Air Systems.
* Manages the DD Marketing strategy, plan and the budget and people/HC strategy and plan, including team and people development.
Qualifications
* Many years experience in the defence and space related business and strong knowledge and background on defence & security related businesses.
* Strong experience in strategy, marketing, product & project management, business development, bid and sales support.
* Ability to coordinate with sales & programmes the marketing activities related to new products, sales campaigns and business development – strong business acumen skills.
* Understanding of the CI wide products and portfolio.
* Experience in product marketing and product lifecycle management for a complex portfolio.
* Experience in leading complex, multi-sites, multi-skills teams in several locations and countries and supporting business globally.
* Experience in cascading & transforming the company strategy into marketing strategy and plans.
* Experience in a wide portfolio of the defence portfolio including MilSatcom, Defence, Cyber and Geospatial.
* Experienced in leading global & trans-functional teams to develop products, services and value-creating propositions for customers in multiple segments.
* Experience in participating in large campaigns creating marketing value for the campaign in an integrated Multi-functional team setup.
* Value proposition creation to the e2e defence solutions.
* Exceptional stakeholder management experience and able to engage at all business levels.
* A passion for Space and/or Defence related projects, programmes and activities, delivering world leading technology solutions in a period of exciting growth and transformation.
