On behalf of our client, a no-code software company that helps organizations integrate, manage, and automate their data through its comprehensive Data Platform, with more than 2.000 customers worldwide, we are looking for an experienced GTM Planner & Analyst to join their growing Revenue Operations team.
Location: Their HQ is located in Tutzing, just 25 minutes by train from central Munich. The working model offers flexibility, contingent on your location.
About the role:
As GTM Planner & Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial planning and analytics efforts during a period of strong international expansion. You’ll help translate strategic goals into executable plans, enable data-informed decisions across the GTM team, and support the Head of Revenue Operations in building a scalable, insight-driven commercial engine. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align KPIs, enhance performance visibility, and contribute to revenue predictability and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
* Support the annual revenue and GTM planning cycle, translating company targets into team-level goals and quotas.
* Build and maintain templates and models for revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and sales capacity ramp-up.
* Collaborate with Finance and the Head of Revenue Operations to align assumptions, inputs, and growth drivers.
* Define and track key GTM performance metrics (e.g. pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, quota attainment).
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
* Work closely with the data team to ensure clean, consistent reporting from key systems (e.g. HubSpot)
* Contribute to the development of data flows and support automation efforts (e.g. through ETL processes or tooling)
Who you are:
* 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Analytics, Sales Ops, or a similar function.
* Strong command of analytics and forecasting tools, including advanced Excel/Google Sheets and solid SQL skills.
* Experience building dashboards and performance metrics using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
* Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and other CRM/marketing platforms; experience integrating or cleaning data across multiple systems.
* Business-savvy with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, able to partner across Sales, Marketing, and Finance and influence decisions with data.
* Experience with headcount/capacity planning and revenue forecasting is a must.
* Native of Professional German fluency (equivalent to C1 level and higher). Solid English language skills would be a plus.
