Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in driving business results and implementing profit opportunities
* Develop and communicate daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance store performance
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance by analyzing reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
* Maintain cost control and store operations such as inventory management, payroll, administration, and scheduling
* Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
* Take on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence
* E nsure exceptional visual standards across the store
