Job Title: Agent Parts Expedition
This is a key role in our organization that involves processing returned parts into unserviceable stock.
* Process returned parts into unserviceable stock, ensuring correct labelling and data update.
* Maintain packaging and storage conditions according to departmental policy.
* Perform timely and accurate data input for stock transfers and physical inventory counts.
* Liaise with departments to resolve issues and apply 5S principles for good housekeeping.
* Store parts in assigned areas, request shop removal of sub-assemblies, and follow up on scrap procedures.
* Check part capability lists and process parts as per customer requests and regulations.
* Work closely with connected departments to manage material control duties effectively.
