Senior Quantitative Modeler (Chief/Deputy Executive Level)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced quantitative modeler to join a dynamic risk analytics team. The role involves developing and implementing advanced financial risk models to support capital management and risk monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand business and risk processes to identify modeling requirements.
* Translate business needs into robust mathematical models aligned with industry standards and academic literature.
* Develop prototype models using programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) to validate concepts.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of models into production systems.
* Manage the full lifecycle of models, including performance monitoring, documentation, and compliance with model risk governance.
* Provide user support and training on model usage and interpretation.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Actuarial Science.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial risk modeling or quantitative analysis, including hands-on programming.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex models to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
