Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Marketing Support: Assist in the day-to-day marketing activities of the Global Marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing tasks and projects
2. Event Management Support: Assist in the planning and execution of global trade fairs, including logistical support, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
3. Content Production Support: Contribute to the creation and editing of industry-related content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and LinkedIn posts
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Management, to support the execution of marketing strategies
5. Working with Freelancers, External Agencies, and AI Tools: Collaborate with freelancers, external agencies, and utilize AI tools for content production and event management tasks
6. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and creating content for our LinkedIn profile to enhance our online presence
Qualifications:
7. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8. Strong command of English, both written and spoken
9. Interest in marketing, event management, content creation, and social media management
10. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
11. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
