What you'll do
* You're part of an international Scrum team that operates in an agile SAFe context
* Development, maintenance, support, testing, documentation and operation are an essential part of the Dev-Ops concept and are therefore part of your daily business
* Test-driven development and behaviour-driven development as well as non-functional testing are just as much a part of your area of responsibility in the team as system planning and implementation
* You'll support less experienced developers and provide assistance in understanding the integration context
* You check architectural concepts for completeness and feasibility and lead the development to completion
* In your role you're responsible for the independent development and maintenance of existing and new SpringBoot microservices in a Kafka / Couchbase and Kubernetes driven, cloud based environment
What you'll bring
* You've a degree in business or media informatics, computer science or similar and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in a comparable position dealing with distributed systems and microservices architecture
* You're familiar with event sourcing, reactive systems and CQRS patterns as well as containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
* You've knowledge of relevant frameworks/technologies such as Spring, Kafka, PubSub, NoSQL
* The development approaches and principles such as API first (OpenAPI) and authentication mechanisms (oAuth, SAML) are among your strengths
* Additional knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform, CI / CD pipeline approaches, CDN/security layer and gateway technologies is a plus
* You're open to new technologies and frameworks and willing to broaden your horizons at any time
* The Dev-Ops culture and its importance are self-explanatory for you and are part of your understanding of modern development methods
* Good English skills round off your profile
