WE’RE HIRING: PROCESS ENGINEER – BERLIN (SHIFT WORK)
Our client, a leading player in the automotive manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their Process Engineering Department in Berlin. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can ensure customer requirements are met while driving continuous improvement in both product quality and manufacturing processes.
About the Role
As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Driving product quality improvements to meet customer standards.
* Identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency.
* Ensuring all processes comply with the Quality Management System (QMS).
What We’re Looking For
* Strong knowledge of quality systems and concepts.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and customer product requirements.
* Proficiency in SPC, FMK, and work measurement techniques.
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyse data and make sound decisions.
* Proven customer relationship management skills.
* Solid computer literacy.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
* NQF Level 6 – National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* TQM Certificate (Total Quality Management).
* At least 2 years’ quality experience within the automotive sector.
* At least 5 years’ manufacturing experience in the automotive environment.
* Minimum 2 years’ exposure to SPC/FMK.
* Toolmaking experience will be an advantage.
