Responsibilities
1. Lead experiential marketing initiatives for the brand’s market entry in Germany, with a first strong focus on the IAA 2027.
2. Manage strategic brand partnerships to amplify brand awareness, credibility, and reach during market entry and launch phase.
3. Conceptualize, plan, and deliver high-impact brand and product experiences across exhibitions, events, pop-ups, and live formats.
4. Own the end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions, including concept development, partnerships, agency management, timelines, and budgets.
5. Translate global brand, product, and partnership strategies into immersive, locally relevant experiential concepts.
6. Integrate EV technology, software features, and innovation storytelling into experiential and partnership activations.
7. Measure experiential and partnership KPIs to optimize future activations and collaboration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, events, or partnerships, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.
3. Proven experience planning and executing large-scale exhibitions, brand events, and experiential campaigns.
4. Strong ability to develop immersive brand and product experiences that translate complex technology into engaging customer interactions.
5. Experience managing strategic brand partnerships and collaborating with agencies, event organizers, and external partners.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
7. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event and partnership performance to optimize future activations.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
9. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
