Your main focus will be to assist our leading customers in delivering state-of-the-art products that have a transformative impact on people\'s lives. Job Responsibilities Defining design specifications, schemes, workflows, checklists, and layout guidelines/floorplans. Identifying critical memory paths to ensure optimal performance. Conducting comprehensive design reviews, encompassing circuit or RTL code, simulations, layout verification, design kit quality control, and silicon measurement. Analyzing silicon data and performing debugging to resolve issues efficiently. Coordinating cross-functional teams to establish technology specifications, characterization processes, and reliability methodologies. Providing technical support to customers. Job Qualifications Master\'s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in circuit or logic design for non-volatile memory technologies, including flash memory, RRAM, MRAM, or PCRAM. More than 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership and problem-solving. Proficient in utilizing EDA tools and employing design methodologies for both custom and digital design of non-volatile memory.
