In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of administrative and project management activities. This role offers close collaboration with the leadership team, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of topics while having guidance and support along the way. About the role Monthly Performance Dialogue Preparation : Support the Project manager to collect insights from multiple sources and stakeholders and update format to stay relevant with appropriate KPIs Resource Planning : Maintain and update resource planning for the teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness Project Management : Track the status of tasks, coordinate and schedule meetings, track updates, document proceedings, and perform related project management tasks. Project Monitoring and Closure : Assist in monitoring project progress and support the closure of completed projects SharePoint & Document Manageme nt: Maintain SharePoint sites and templates for project documentation and collaboration.
